Refund Policy
Last updated: 21 September 2026
We want you to be genuinely happy with Digital Maker AI. If you're not, you can request a refund within the windows set out below, subject to the conditions in this policy.
Refund Windows
Monthly Plans
Full refund available if requested within 3 days of your initial subscription payment.
Annual Plans
Full refund available if requested within 7 days of your initial subscription payment.
After these windows have passed, subscriptions become non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Closing your account is different from cancelling: it ends your subscription immediately, and the unused part of your current monthly or annual period is not refunded.
Usage Limits
To qualify for a full refund within your respective window, your account usage must not exceed the following limits:
If your usage exceeds these limits but you are still within the refund window, we may offer a partial, reduced refund to cover the compute and API costs incurred by your account.
Videos made with the Video Maker are image-based: an AI-generated image for every scene with cinematic motion effects, plus the AI-animated scenes included in your plan (5 a month on Premium, 10 on Ultimate, with top-ups available). This is described on the pricing page and inside the tool, and is not grounds for a refund.
Processing Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a nominal payment processing and administrative fee, which is deducted from your refund amount:
Monthly Plans$10 Fee
Annual Plans$25 Fee
We will confirm the final refund amount with you before processing the transaction.
How to Request
To request a refund, please email our support team directly from the email address associated with your account.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for our team to process your request and for the funds to appear on your statement.
Abuse Policy
We monitor refund requests to prevent abuse of our platform and APIs.
Digital Maker AI reserves the right to decline refunds if we detect suspicious activity, bulk generation followed by immediate cancellation, or repeated refund requests from the same user across different accounts.
