Can I switch plans later?

Yes, in both directions. When you upgrade mid-cycle, whether that is Pro to Premium or Premium to Ultimate, we calculate a prorated amount and show you a preview of exactly what you'll be charged today before you confirm — any unused time on your current plan is credited toward the new one. Downgrades work differently: they take effect at the end of your current term, so you keep everything you've already paid for until then, and nothing is charged or refunded at the time you make the change. You can undo a scheduled downgrade any time before it takes effect.

What happens if I hit my monthly limits?

If you reach your usage limits, you won't be able to generate new content with that specific tool until your limits reset at the start of your next cycle. Video minutes work the same way, with a larger monthly pool on higher tiers. You can upgrade at any time for immediate access to more capacity.

How many videos can I make?

Accepted Answer

Video is measured in minutes per month rather than a fixed number of videos, so you can decide how to spend the allowance. Pro gives you 40 minutes a month with videos up to 10 minutes long. Premium gives you 150 minutes with videos up to 30 minutes, which covers a regular weekly upload schedule with room to spare. Ultimate is built for serious video creators, with 300 minutes, long-form videos up to 60 minutes and 10 team seats. Whiteboard Animation goes up to 10 minutes on Premium and 60 on Ultimate, and Single Scene and videos in other languages go up to 30 minutes on both.

What are AI presenters, and what is avatar time?

AI presenters are talking avatars that speak your script on screen: full screen, side by side with your scenes, or in a corner circle. They are available on Premium and Ultimate, for landscape Multi Scene videos. They run on avatar time, which is separate from your video minutes. Making a presenter uses 30 seconds of avatar time, and a video uses only the seconds your presenter is actually on screen. Premium starts with 2 minutes of avatar time and Ultimate with 5 minutes, and Ultimate also includes 3 minutes every month. When you want more, Avatar Packs add 3 minutes for $15, 10 minutes for $45 or 30 minutes for $119, and pack time does not expire while you are subscribed. Drawing and changing a presenter's picture is free, up to 15 pictures in any 24 hours on Premium and 50 on Ultimate. This is separate from your monthly Image Maker images.

Can I design my own AI voice?

Yes, on Premium and Ultimate. In Account Settings > Voice, describe the voice you want (age, accent, tone, mood), listen to three samples and save the one you like. It then narrates your English Multi Scene videos, and an AI presenter in that video speaks with it too. Premium keeps 1 designed voice and Ultimate keeps 3. Narration in a designed voice is paid with Voice Packs, separate from your video minutes: 30 minutes for $15, 60 for $25 or 120 for $45, one minute per minute of video, and pack minutes do not expire while you are subscribed. No ElevenLabs account is needed. If you already have one, you can still connect it and use your own cloned voices on your own ElevenLabs credits.

What do the videos actually look like?

Every video is image-based. The AI writes the script, generates a unique image for each scene, adds cinematic motion effects (pan, zoom, film grain), narrates it with an AI voice and adds captions, then renders a ready-to-upload MP4. This is the format most faceless YouTube channels use. Real AI animation, where the scene itself moves, is included for 5 scenes a month on Premium and 10 on Ultimate, and any paid plan can buy more from $9. On Premium and Ultimate you can also add a talking AI presenter to a video, and make Generative AI Shorts built from real motion clips. Long videos where every second is AI-generated motion are not what the Video Maker makes, and are not available at this price on any platform.

Do I get commercial usage rights?

Yes. Commercial usage rights are included on every plan, including Free. You can sell the eBooks, planners, spreadsheets and images you create, monetise the videos you produce, and use any output for client work without attribution.

Is there a free trial for the paid plans?

Accepted Answer

We offer a generous Free plan instead: Faceless Finder, Trend Finder (10 searches a month), the Store Finder directory and 3 free websites, so you can research your niche and test the platform first. Because of this, we don't offer traditional time-based trials on Pro, Premium or Ultimate.

Question 9

Can my team use one subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Premium includes 3 seats and Ultimate includes 10, counting the owner. Add members by email from the Team tab in your account settings; they get their own login and the full toolset, and everyone sees the same videos, images and characters. Note that seats share the owner's monthly video minutes rather than each getting a separate allowance, and only the owner can change billing.

What is your refund policy?

Monthly plans are refundable within 3 days of your first payment, and annual plans within 7 days, subject to usage limits and processing fees. Videos being image-based (AI scene images with motion effects, plus your included animated scenes) is how the Video Maker works and is described on this page, so it is not grounds for a refund.
