Privacy Policy
Last Updated: September 28, 2026
1. Introduction
Welcome to Digital Maker AI ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
Digital Maker AI is a trading name of Digital Income FZE, a company registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. Digital Income FZE is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Personal Data
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you ("Personal Data"). Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
2.2 Usage Data
We may also collect information how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
3. How We Use Your Information
Digital Maker AI uses the collected data for various purposes:
4. Data Security
The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
The measures we use include encryption of data in transit using TLS, encryption of data at rest in our database, row level security policies that restrict account data to the account holder, and access controls limiting administrative access to authorised personnel. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never stored on our systems.
5. Third-Party Services
We employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
5.1 Core Infrastructure
5.2 AI Providers
To provide content generation services, we transmit input data (prompts) to AI providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. These providers process data to generate responses but do not use your data to train their models in accordance with their enterprise API policies.
5.3 Google Drive Integration
Digital Maker AI offers an optional feature that lets you connect your Google account so that videos and other files you create on our platform can be saved directly to your Google Drive. Connecting your Google account is entirely optional and the rest of the Service works normally without it.
If you choose to connect your Google account, we request a single permission, drive.file. This is the narrowest Google Drive permission available. It allows Digital Maker AI to create files and folders in your Google Drive and to access only those files that Digital Maker AI itself created. We cannot see, read, download, modify or delete any other file in your Google Drive, including files you created yourself or files shared with you by others.
When you connect your account we store an encrypted authorisation token, the email address of the connected Google account, and the identifier of the folder we create for your files. We do not store the contents of your Google Drive. Files we upload on your behalf are transferred directly to your Google Drive and count towards your own Google storage allowance.
You can disconnect your Google account at any time from your account settings within Digital Maker AI, which revokes our access and deletes the stored authorisation token. You can also revoke access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access does not delete files already saved to your Google Drive; those remain yours.
Digital Maker AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we do not use Google user data to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models, we do not sell or transfer Google user data to third parties for advertising or any other purpose, and we do not allow humans to read your Google user data except where required for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where you have given us explicit permission to do so.
5.4 Social Media Posting
Premium and Ultimate members can optionally connect their TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts so that videos made on Digital Maker AI can be posted to them directly. Connecting social accounts is entirely optional and the rest of the Service works normally without it.
This feature is provided through Upload-Post, a service operated by TONVI TECH SL (Málaga, Spain), which acts as our service provider. When you connect an account, you sign in to that platform on a page hosted by Upload-Post. We never see or store your social media passwords. Upload-Post stores the access token issued by the platform, your username on it, and statistics for the posts published through it, for the sole purpose of publishing and reporting on those posts. Their handling of this data is described in the Upload-Post privacy policy.
We store an identifier for your Upload-Post profile, which platforms you have connected, and the account name shown for each. We do not send Upload-Post your name, email address or payment details. When you choose to post a video, we send Upload-Post the video, the title and caption you write, and the settings you pick, such as the time to post and YouTube visibility. We keep a record of each post (the platforms, title, caption, schedule and outcome) so we can show you its status. If a video is not already stored with us, a temporary copy is made to prepare it for posting and is deleted within a few days.
We only post when you press Post or schedule a post yourself; nothing is ever published automatically. Posts are labelled as AI-generated, as TikTok, Instagram and YouTube require. By connecting a YouTube account you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
You can disconnect your social accounts at any time from your account settings, which deletes your Upload-Post profile and the access tokens it holds. If your plan changes so that it no longer includes this feature, your connection is removed automatically after seven days. If you close your Digital Maker AI account, it is removed automatically, normally within 48 hours. You can also revoke access at any time from each platform's own security settings. Disconnecting does not delete posts already published; those remain on your accounts and can be removed on each platform.
6. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR and UK GDPR)
If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, you have certain data protection rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR respectively. Digital Maker AI aims to take reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.
In certain circumstances, you have the following data protection rights:

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
