Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern your participation in the Digital Maker AI affiliate program, operated by Digital Income FZE. By applying to or participating in the program, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully — participating in the program means you accept them in full.

Commission

You earn 20% recurring commission on the subscription revenue of each paying customer you refer, for the first 12 months of that customer's subscription. After 12 months from the customer's conversion date, commissions for that customer stop.

Commission is calculated on subscription payments only. One-time purchases, add-ons, and account top-ups are not commissionable. All commissions are calculated and paid in US Dollars (USD).

Attribution & Cookie

We use a 60-day, last-click attribution window. When someone clicks your referral link, a cookie is placed in their browser. If they subscribe within 60 days, the referral is credited to you. If a customer clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent link before purchase receives credit.

Eligibility & Approval

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Sign-up is instant and your referral link works straight away. Participation remains at our sole discretion: we may decline or remove any affiliate at any time, for example for a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you earn. You participate as an independent party; these terms do not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship.

Payments

Payout schedule

Commissions are paid on a NET-30 basis — 30 days after the end of the month in which they were earned.

Minimum payout

A balance of at least $50 is required before a payout is issued. Balances below this roll over to the next period.

Payouts are made via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

Refunds & Chargebacks

Commissions are only earned on payments that clear and are retained. If a referred customer receives a refund, disputes a charge, or their payment is reversed, the associated commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid, it will be deducted from your future balance.

Prohibited Promotion Methods

Bidding on our brand name in paid ads is strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not run search or social ads using "Digital Maker AI" or "digitalmaker.ai" (or variations) as keywords, in ad copy, or in display URLs.

The following are not permitted, and doing any of them may result in loss of commissions and removal from the program:

  • Bidding on our brand terms — "Digital Maker AI", "digitalmaker.ai", or any variation, misspelling, or combination — on Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, or any paid search or paid social platform.
  • Using our brand name in ad copy, display URLs, ad headlines, or in domains and subdomains you control.
  • Direct-linking paid ads to our website using your referral link, or otherwise attempting to appear as an official Digital Maker AI channel.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages to promote your referral link.
  • Making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about the product, its features, pricing, or expected earnings.
  • Self-referrals — signing up through your own link, or arranging for friends, family, or associates to do so, to generate commission.
  • Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, iframe tricks, auto-redirects, or any method that sets the referral cookie without a genuine, intentional click.
  • Listing unauthorised discount or coupon codes, or operating coupon/deal sites that intercept organic traffic.
  • Promoting the product on sites containing illegal, hateful, adult, or otherwise objectionable content.

    • Disclosure

    Where required by law (including FTC guidelines and equivalent regulations in your country), you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with Digital Maker AI wherever you share your referral link — for example, in video descriptions, posts, and emails.

    Violations & Termination

    If you breach these terms, we may withhold or reverse any affected commissions, suspend your account, and remove you from the program. Either party may end this arrangement at any time. On termination, any validly earned and unpaid commissions above the minimum payout threshold will be paid in the next scheduled cycle, provided no violation has occurred.

    Changes to These Terms

    We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates. Continued participation after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
